Diskin Cider, Coming to WeHo

Coming soon to Wedgewood/Houston on the corner of Gray & Martin St. is the Diskin Craft Cidery. Owners, Adam Diskin and Todd Evans, have the building under contract and expect to open by mid-2017. Diskin Cider plans and producing three gluten-free bottled hard ciders (at roughly 6.5% ABV) and two cans (roughly 5% ABV). The building site will in the Northeast corner of The Core Development's Six10 Merritt at The Finery.

We have seen other successful businesses in the distilling and brewing industry opening up in the WeHo neighborhood, including Corsair Distillery and the Nashville Craft Distillery. We are looking forward to having a new spot to connect with other members of our Arts & Music Community neighborhood.
